How do I make a purchase

On the Home page click on 'Ready to Wear' to see our range of products. Once you have chosen an item to select your size click one of the circles below the price and then either click on the ‘Add to cart’ button or 'Buy it now'. You can also use 'Apple Pay' or 'Google Pay'. A side bar with open, now you can click 'view cart' ‘Continue Shopping’ or click on the button on the left to ‘Continue to Checkout’.

I’m having difficulty placing my order, what should I do?

The easiest thing to do is to email us at and we will be happy to assist you in placing your order.

How can I check which size will fit me?

All sizes listed on the website are those displayed on the garments themselves. We also offer a size guide to help you when choosing your size. We will also advise you in the item description if any particular item fits larger or smaller than usual.

How can I track my order?

All orders are sent with a traceable shipping service and, once shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing the link to track the progress of your parcel. After 24 hours from sending the order, you can follow the shipping status by accessing the tracking page.


What payment methods does accept?

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro (Switch) and Solo. Also Apple pay, Google pay and Paypal.


How can I change my purchase

If you would like to change the purchased item to one of a different size or colour, please return it for a refund and place a new order. To return your purchase, we recommend you to follow the instructions on the Returns & Refunds page

How long will my refund take?

Depending on the shipping method you have used, it may take up to 15 working days (weekends and public holidays excluded) for your return to reach our warehouse. Once received, we will send you an email to confirm your refund. All refunds will be automatically made to the payment method used to place the order. Orders are not considered accepted by us until we send you an e-mail notifying you the items have been dispatched to you. In the unlikely event that any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed and your payment for those item(s) will not be processed.

How much are shipping costs?

UK Delivery The cost of UK Delivery is £7 and your order will be delivered by UPS. Europe Delivery The cost of EU Delivery is £20 and your order will be delivered by UPS. The cost to USA and Canada is £25 and your order will be delivered by UPS. Rest of World Deliveries The cost of Delivery to Rest of World is £30 and your order will be delivered by UPS.

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been accepted?

It is not always possible to add items to an existing order. Contact us on and we will do what we can to add to your order. Please be aware that this may not always be possible if your order has already been dispatched.

What if an item from my order is out of stock?

Every effort is made to ensure that all the items displayed on FABLEREBEL.COM are in stock but in the unlikely event that an order is placed for an item which is no longer available we will try to contact you by sending an email to the email address provided by you. If we are unable to contact you we will continue to process the remaining part of the order. We will not substitute any items without your prior consent.

How do I return any unwanted items?

Contact us by e-mail at within 7 days of receiving your order and we will issue you with a returns form and a returns reference number. Fill in the returns form completely and ensure that it is signed. Please also ensure that the package is clearly marked as returned goods on any customs or postal forms before sending the items back to us. We will only accept a return if the item is new and unused. We will not accept any item that shows indication that it has been worn. Items should be returned in the original packaging, all tags should still be attached and the item should show no signs of wear. Otherwise the item will be returned back to the customer. I live outside the EC will I have to pay the 20% VAT?

If your shipping address is outside the European Community you will be eligible for a VAT refund which will be applied at the point of purchase. All prices on are displayed in Great Britain Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
